Plan multiempleador

Un plan mantenido de acuerdo con un convenio colectivo, al que contribuye más de un empleador (por ejemplo, varios distritos escolares de seguros). Según ERISA, al comienzo del plan, ningún empleador puede contribuir hasta el 50% del total y, a partir de entonces, hasta el 75%. Un empleado puede cambiar de empleador dentro del grupo sin perder los beneficios de jubilación a menos que una interrupción en el servicio (según el plan) cancele los créditos obtenidos antes de la interrupción.
